PDS is a startup dedicated to the research and development of diamond semiconductor power devices and high-frequency devices. Diamond semiconductor power devices are expected to find applications in renewable energy and next-generation mobility solutions, including electric vehicles, electric aircraft, and electric ships. Diamond semiconductor high-frequency devices hold promise for applications in 5G/6G networks, next-generation wireless power transfer systems, and next-generation satellite systems. Through the implementation of these technologies in society, PDS aims to contribute to greater energy efficiency and energy conservation in the energy sector.
