JIC Venture Growth Investments (VGI) has acquired the shares in WealthPark Co., Ltd.,(WealthPark), a company providing an asset management platform that connects real estate management companies and individual investors, through its JIC Venture Growth Fund 1(VGF1).

WealthPark has promoted the Digital Transformation (DX) of asset management for management companies and individual investors in the real estate industry. As their next milestone, WealthPark will be launching “WealthPark alternative”, which is the add-on investment management function to their existing and growing platform. This will allow users to manage fractional ownership of real estate and will expand its offerings across other alternative assets in the future.

VGI promotes the revitalization of the real estate industry, and contributes to the next generation of alternative asset management through WealthPark.

With this financing, WealthPark will scale their business and lead the DX in the real estate industry. VGI will continue to support WealthPark to create Global level platform from Japan.
