JIC Venture Growth Investments (VGI) has acquired the shares in LiLz Inc. (LiLz), through its JIC Venture Growth Fund 2 (VGF2).

LiLz is providing IoT cameras and AI cloud services for remote inspections called "LiLz Gauge”. “LiLz Gauge" is used in the facility management of many office buildings and factories, realizing efficient inspection work.

The significance of this investment is to further expand the use of LiLz Gauge and promote the efficiency of daily inspection operations. As smart industrial safety technologies and review of analog regulations are progressing, it is expected that the collection of analog information will become remote through the use of digital technology.

With this investment, LiLz plans to accelerate business growth by developing intrinsically safe IoT cameras that are in high demand in chemical plants and gas industries, and bystrengthening LiLz organizational structure.
