JIC Venture Growth Investments (VGI) has decided to invest in ICHX TECH Pte. Ltd. (ICHX), a company operating a Security Token Offering (STO*) exchange in Singapore which isheadquartered in Singapore, through its JIC Venture Growth Fund 1 (VGF1).

In conjunction with the investment by JIC VGI, a consortium led by Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings, which is also investing in this round, is expected to acquire STO know-how and lead the further development of the security token business and the establishment of STO Exchange in Japan.

ICHX, as the first STO Exchange in Asia, will contribute to the development of STO business in Asia by further scaling up its business.
