JIC Venture Growth Investments (VGI) has invested in AOS Data Co., Ltd. (AOS Data), a company that securely stores data and helps businesses leverage and manage their digital assets, through its JIC Venture Growth Fund 1.

In addition to data recovery, data erasure, and data security businesses, AOS Data is developing the AOSBOX series of cloud backup services to protect the data on PCs and smartphones. “AOS BOX” has been used by 900,000 individual users and more than 4,000 corporate users.

AOS Data will scale up their business by this financing, and VGI contributes to growth of theirbusiness, and also making AOS Data a leading data asset management company.
